You F**king moron do not take the responsibility, you are the president Take full responsibility.
You can not be out of responsibility just passing it to predecessor.
You are touching foreign leader and you may be a carrier of Corona virus and now your are denying to test?

If you are positive and spreading to others, it may be taken as an intent to spread others. That will be a criminal act to general people and same rules will apply you too.

How about VP, I think his fucking god will save him no matter what , so no need for test?
