Need accommodation help from 27th February to 1st March. I can sleep on the couch. I would be grateful if you can help. Anywhere near to Tempe, AZ.

You tell !!! Why the heck somebody would seek help in the context that there are plenty of hotels available? So yes, it is "fokat". That is why it is HELP. If I was looking to pay, I could easily rent a hotel room...
