What is happening to the dual citizenship law?
I think it was included in constitution that Nepalis who got foreign citizenship can get nrn card to live in Nepal without requiring visa for longer period.
Has that been made into law? Or the parliament still hasn't made it into law?

NRN Card and Citizenship are two different things. You can get NRN card.
