OPT extention option cha? if yes, start EB3 ASAP....until OPT extension....1-2 barsa bad job bhae ni you shd try to hang around.But don't make decisions just to get green card faster...thing about long term career and picture...good luck.
what is the timeline for this? My employer started eb2 and is in recruitment stage, but my lawyer just avoids telling me how long it will take.
i am in the same exact boat. i am recruitment stage too but i am not seeing any recruitment happening and my lawyer/HR is not being responsive. worried due to this indian gc bill situation too. stressin me out like hell.
the bill won't get passed anytime soon so don't worry. the election is around the corner and looks like the senate republican and other pro-republican supporters are against the bill. It will take a while. I'm on the same stage but I think if TPS gets extended then it's going to fine. Don't think too much. Sajhabus just join masters and continue to work on TPS and file for your green card. Find a cheap school to join if you're having a financial problem. Don't worry everything is going to be fine. If age >30 go for canada pr and get married soon
If age < 24 rejoin college for masters in computer science
If age >24 and age < 30 continue doing what you are doing
