Tps bata adjustment of status garna ko lagi kaam ko bare k proof chaincha, tps ko ead naayekole kaam gareko chaina , waiting for tps ead to start working , greencard denial huna sakcha if unemployed under tps , employment ko kehi Asar huncha greencard ma , family based greencard ho so google research bata employement ko kehi asar nahune vaniyeko cha , kaam nagareko vaye green card denial huncha ki hudaina ?

Just a very wild guess.. According to their new rule, they might flag you a public charge. Please keep that in mind.

This doesnt apply here unless he has taken the benefits mentioned under public charge.
Not much of an issue If your'e doing a family based GC where 130 petitioner satisfies the requirements and you meed other criteria. Of course there are other requirements like lawful stay, no criminal/immoral acts etc.

It does not matter whether you work or not, whoever is filing your petition, they should have an income.
