am I missing aything for TPS EAD?

Hi guys, I included:
visa, my old and new passport copies,
EADs copies (Do I have to include all my OPT EADs as well or just TPS EADs enough? I also included a paper that comes with work permit to expedite the process, I don't know it makes any difference or not? share any experience
I-20 copy, no photo, category a-12,
copy of I -94, driving license copy
previous TPS approval (I didn't include approval since 2015, just the last one)
payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Don’t file. It will b December by the time u get it . And u will get only till March

With the current backlog it depends! I filed mine on May 18 and it still says pending while my Advance parole got approved quicker.

@ sexyindhakatopi, Oh god, it's been 2 and half months for you. I have 2 and half month and my OPT will expire. Please share me any update after you get your card. I didn't want to apply way before because I want to take about 4 months before attending classes and I didn't want my TPS EAD cancel out my OPT based on what I heard. Otherwise I would have to take classes earlier.

Anyone else on the same boat?

Applied in May 15 and has not yet received EAD. It may takes few months. AP received in 45 days.
