Derivative Asylee process
Just had a few questions regarding derivative asylee process:
1. You file the case to USCIS, USCIS approves, then, send the case to NVC.
Question: Does the NVC contacts the petitioner or beneficiary through any means? Or does the NVC directly send the case to the US Embassy without any contact or notification to the beneficiary or the petitioner?
2. NVC forwards the case to US Embassy at Kathmandu, Nepal.
Question: Tentatively how long it takes the US embassy to contact the beneficiary for the interview process once it receives the case from NVC?
3. What are the procedures once the US embassy contact? What exactly we have to do?
Thanks in Advance who have been to this process and know the answers.
Z0r0 chance of getting asylum approved under this administration, still no one should loose hope. From now QA ( IT ) is not skilled labor anymore for green card process.
