I have never been to a dealer, always bought through Craigslist. There are interesting videos on YouTube and found quiet interesting and helpful too.
NY : NY , NY Buffalo, NY: Albany , which city?  Can you drive Manual car? 2003 Accord 189 K, needs rear tires, just done Starter selling  for 400  or BO. you have to pick up from Northern NY.

I have a car and I am willing to sell it. It is a Honda civic 2009, 100k miles on it and it is in a neat and clean condition but its in Virginia. Is it in your price range? If so then text or call me at 682-231-1195.
