I am working on selling a small property in Kathmandu. However I can't go back right at this moment. I have heard that I can complete the entire selling process without going there, through the embassy in DC. Has anybody sold their property in Kathmandu without going back? How was your experience? Really appreciate it if you could share.

Just give the power of attorney to your friend or relative who is in Nepal.
