Which health insurance for older recent immigrants to US?

Namaste! I have dad and mom who are in their 60s and 50s respectively. They recently became US permanent residents. Wondering what good and affordable health insurance options are out there for older recent US immigrants like them. Any good private health insurance option? ACA (Affordable Care Act)? Any suggestions?

It depends on the state. Look for health exchange program in your state and choose the one which is best for your family. Do not claim them as your dependent (They are also not eligible) and they should get decent tax credit which significantly reduces their premium.
