Until the court decision, DHS has halted the termination of TPS for Nepal. So work permit and TPS is automatically extended beyond june deadline.

Just search the news or check USCIS Nepal TPS website.

The validity of my advance parole is set to end on June 24th I do want to travel back to nepal and come back so a little confused. Waiting on the federal notice and see what the Adhikaar team says about this

You can go to Nepal and come back before June 24 before it expires. Federal notice will not extend your advance parole. It will only extend TPS and ead. So as soon as they post it on federal register apply for AP.
