move to Northern California like Sacramento and around its suburbs... good housing price compared to other areas of California... same climate..good schools, plenty of Nepali living... housing price going up almost daily (except recession period)...
Texas is like desert for the one who have lived in California... you will be utter frustrated eventually unless if you are a couch boy...
Thanks for your valuable inputs Kale dai and Tito satya. rent is increasing every year .so tired to pay 1.8k for 2b/1ba...............
Same like I was planning to move from Baltimore to Houston. Any suggestions? I don't have any professional job but have a family.
Austin metro (Round rock, cedar park, Leander ) area pretty good, with high quality school and community. Still affordable housing. Min 300 days of sunshine per year. You won't regret.
Thank you ANS...and California bro let's move together
anybody from Austin ,TX...plz provide us some pros & cons..........
I am living in austin tx since 2010 i love it
Good school big nepali community affordable housing
Samvoo bro....It'd not be a wise idea just to jump in new place leaving all you have without first going there. So, I suggest you go there for short visit for few days and see the place for yourself first. That's what I am doing, if I like it, I will let you know. God bless man....!!!!
Have you guys explored North Carolina, it can also be added in the list, lot of jobs, decent house price and a good weather. Lot of Nepalese community in Morrisville, NC. May be people from NC can shed some light.
NC better than TX , First prioritized which factor must matters to you.
eg, want more saving on tax and more bank balance,
Natural environment, hot cold etc.,
Decent job,
Nepalese community,
DO NOT JUMP around all places come with PROS and CONS.
Good Luck.
Best place to be happy and joyful?
thank you california bro............but i just want to get out from southern California bcoz i already mention ,i'm tired of paying 1.8k for rent.

bro im MA now, much happier seeing my kids growing kind, active, social, n caring** at this age nearly 35, i take them as my big assets**much respect for fellows living there, i started my american life living those cities u named..i had option so i moved, can't imagine kids growing there, social n outdoor activities nearly zero...infact its a city in desert...people grow depression fast,,i was going to be depressed**hate, crime, rude people, depressed frustrated but bit cheap** i'm still kind of amused after spending so much time in us( i assume ) what makes u think move there, is it like u have some relatives settle there n u wanna move to them, i don't feel ur moving in search of cheap places to save some $$$( assuming)
