Question about I693 and I485
Hello,
I have submitted my I485 for change of status but haven't submitted I693 for medical examination. I see a long list of diseases needed for immunization in the USCIS website. Even though I have immunization for most of them, I do not have a medical record of it since they were all taken in Nepal long time back. What are your experiences in collecting records of vaccines from Nepal? What kind of documents will be helpful? If I fail to produce any documentation, will they administer all the vaccines?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Why you want to go through that hassle just go to USCIS authorized doctor near you and pay around $300 to $500 (depends upon medical doctor) and they will take care everything.
@Lee_St: So, you mean to take all the vaccines in the same day ? Won't it have adverse health effects?
There won't be lot of vaccines, just single vaccine and urine sample.
@Op
It is not an optional. Search the Uscis approved clinic,make appointment n be done. AFAIK They should provide u with sealed envelope after the shots n test . You should submit that (unopened) along with 485 packets.
