How to obtain copy of tourist visa extension approval notices?

My mom visited 3 years ago and also extended her stay.Now when we try to renew her visa on Nepal US Embassy.During fill up form for renewal, they are asking about visa extension approval notices document. Unfortunately, we lost that document.Could anybody advice me what I need to do to obtain duplicate copy of visa extension approval notices document from USCIS?

Receipt number.

*****The receipt number is a unique 13-character identifier that USCIS provides for each application or petition it receives. The agency uses it to identify and track its cases.

The receipt number consists of three letters-for example, EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC or IOE-and 10 numbers. You can find it on notices of action USCIS has sent you.

We also did not have the actions notice that contain case status number.

If you have lost your receipt letter with the USCIS receipt number, it can be recovered. Schedule an InfoPass appointment with USCIS. An InfoPass appointment is made through the USCIS website. Generally, it’s the only way to get face-to-face access to a USCIS employee. In most cases, you will not be able to enter a USCIS facility without an appointment. At your InfoPass appointment, you can ask questions about your case and request your receipt number if necessary. Take your passport or other valid identification documents to the appointment.

If your mother is in nepal. The nearest USCIS office will be in India - USCIS New Delhi Field Office.

The visa of my mom finally get renewed and I would like to share information here of how we are able to get her visa, so that it might help somebody having same issue . I am able to find the receipt confirmation email send by uscis , which contains the case number. On uscis site we used that confirmation number to check the case status online. And print the page that show our visa extension was approved and also print the email confirmation we have. We apply again on usa embassy by including these documents and get renewal visa.
