TPS extended for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti and El Salvador
TPS has been extended for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti and El Salvador. They get to remain and work here until 6 months from when and if the order by Judge Chen is reversed. Nepal is not included in the lawsuit so Nepali's can't derive this benefit. Does anyone know if any org is following suit for Nepalis?

It's a good thing because the world will not see Nepal as a shit country. We do not want to be included along with those classless forever shit countries. We are far better, far superior. We are not dying to live in the US like those ghetto ass people.

khadga oli is the only person to dismiss tps for nepal. The embassy back in nepal asked him about extention but he simpky refused it .

I am also on F1 and totally supportive of TPS or any other benefits that can help people improve their socio economic status. Because we all deserve a better world.

Someone is not dying to live in US but has overstayed F1 visa and then on tps. I think there is a perfect word for those who says one thing but does another...oh ya hypocrite!
@itahariko: You don't know shit, kid! I overstayed to pay off my credit card debt. I am not an immoral thief like most Nepalese people, especially bauns who would have left without paying it off. And, the only reason I enrolled in TPS is so that they don't lock me up in detention center. If I wanted to stay here, I would have already tried various options which I am aware of but don't give a shit about. My employer offered to sponsor me but I refused it.
I hope they give extension to Nepal as well!

@saagarrai: vannu khojeko chai k?? you have valid reason to stay and others don't?? you came here for whatever reason it was and maxed out your credit card. Does that make you any different than those who are trying to stay here for whatever cause it is.
TPS was given for good cause (earthquake relief) and you are using to payoff your debt?? That does not make you no Saint!!!

@itahariko: Niggah, keep your mouth shut. I would have paid off my debt regardless of TPS. I took it because it was given to all. I didn't force anyone to give TPS to Nepal. I don't really care if they still extend it because I was planning to go home next year anyway for good. Those who are desperate for it, all the best to you. Most people who are taking advantage of TPS are not affected by earthquake back home so STFU and stop saying that it's an earthquake relief. Those who are affected can't imagine to even go to India because they are that poor. So, Get the f000k outta here, write TPS on a big piece of paper and shove it up your a$$!
