These days Nepalis open IT companies and they hunt for GC .too many dv, mqvni etc in the community. Funny thing is managers are still dumb to take skype interviews. Ita only only dhotia anymore Nepalis are no less now a days

Yaaku and AdrianDaju, I know few of my friends who couldn't find a job after graduation and this was a life saver for them. Some of my senior grads didn't have this option and they had to keep going back to college for double majors, Phds, or do a paper marriages, fraud Asylums... to stay in this country. Like anywhere, some consultancies are really experienced but some probably are bad. Your comments about manpower commissions is misguided. in this KaliYuga nobody does anything for free.... including your family members. These folks are doing a business and have to make decent $s to survive.

@ITWorld: You are not a company. You are a scammer who is probably an expert in making fake resumes and send unqualified dumb asses to jobs claiming that they have over 7 years of work experience.
Everyone who thinks faking in resumes is some low shit or something. I think you all live in a perfect world.
If you think buying weapons from Russia is bad. Selling weapons to countries like Syria(rebels) and Turkey are is not heroic. You probably do know about this but your Great Country was found on blood of many Indians and has hands in creating terrorist that they are fighting right now. While you are fighting for someone taking your job with fake resumes, many are dying everyday because of the weapons built by your country.
If you don't want to see fake resumes. Don't have policy of hiring only those with experiences. I am pretty sure who have bachelors degree or masters degree can do your work. Those degrees are not made overnight.
