२५ साउन, काठमाडाैं । सरकारले संसदमा पेश गरेको नागरिकता ऐन संशोधन विधेयकले लामो समयदेखि मधेसी र गैरआवासीय नेपाली (एनआरन) ले प्रमुखताका साथ उठाउँदै आएका मागलाई मूलतः सम्बोधन गरेको छ । तर, विधेयकको एउटा दफाले महिलालाई दोस्रो दर्जाको नागरिक बनाउन खोजेको भन्दै महिला अधिकारकर्मीले आपत्ति जनाएका छन् ।
