TPS if not announced by midnight, it will get automatic extension of 6 months
If the Secretary does not make a determination that a foreign state no longer meets the conditions for designation for TPS at least 60 days before the current expiration of the country's TPS designation, the period of designation is automatically extended for 6 additional months (or, in the Secretary's discretion, 12 or 18 months)
The situation is a little worrying. No official word from DHS/USCIS yet, but many news agencies are saying that it's not going to get extended. All of them are speculating based on what Washington Post wrote. Not sure how accurate WP's reporting is but if they are right, TPS is not going to get extended. Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

It's just wp saying that and dhs has not said anything yet. So I am hoping for positive News.
Yo current administration le Kei nai garna sakeko Chaina yar orali lageko gai lai harin le ni lakhetcha bhaneko tei ho sathiharu
Now I have a feeling that dhs will extend for 6 months saying not sufficient information to reach decision. Finger crossed
It might be true but kierstjen Nielsen wrote an article about Nepal it might be just one year grace period for Nepalese because trump made ded order for one year to libaarians so I don’t know what to expect
None of the report they received have said conditions improved so I am thinking they will defer decision for 6 months. I'm positive
BTW which time zone is standard?? Est I guess
I am feeling doubt with the credibility of this information. Initially the TPS expiration date was 24, December 2016. But, DHS did not announce extension on 24 and 25th of October 2016. They announced the extension on October 26, 2016.
It's 60 days before. Count number of days. May be we will be in same situation as houndorous
May has 31 days like October!
It may happen like in the case of Honduras as per TPS 60 days criteria but the TPS rules; Periodic review, terminations, and extensions of designations are somewhat complex, so let's hope something good by tomorrow.

It is so shame how some people are shameful and their thoughts are so dirt-cheap, the time when we need to get together, instead are fighting over insignificant matters.
TPS will not be extended...
