How often do you use Indian bay leaves (तेज पत्ता) in your dishes, and how do you extract maximum flavor out of Indian bay leaves ? Please drop us some hints if you can.

Burga-Flippa - I usually use Bay Leaves for Non- Veg items. The best way of using Bay leaves I think is to oil fry it before sautéing the onion. I usually use long kind of bay leaves which also contribute for better flavor,
