Canada Student visa form error - resulting visa denial
Mistakenly while filling out the 1294 form (student visa form for Canada), my brother selected 'No' for 'Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?' instead of selecting 'Yes'. Because of this, the application has been denied.
In this case, would it be smart to reapply for the visa clarifying what had happened in the previous application?
Grounds for refusal:
· You declare in your application that you have never been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country. There is information on file that indicates that you were refused a U.S. visa in 20XX.
Another lie. It was not mistake, your brother intentionally did it. You seriously have problem speaking truth.
