Tax file garna parni, budi nepal ma obviously no SS of budi. Can i file as single? Will it hamper the immigration process if i file the tax as single? Or I have to file "Married filing separately" but it asks SS doing so,

Any suggestion is highly appreciated

If you don't owe any money, you can file your tax next year (need to apply for delayed filing).
