Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If you made low income you can ask your local IRS clinic ...( I don't know the answer to you question ). They might if your income under their requirement..They'll also do it for free for you...

Students in OPT are exempt from FICA if you have been in the States for less than 5 years, you will have to fill form 843 https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f843.pdf for refund if you cannot get it sorted from your employer.

Thank you for your info. The reason my employer is withholding the FICA is because I have additional TPS but when I go through Sprintax they say that qualify for FICA return since there are SSN and Medicare withheld in my W2.
If you guys have any source which will help me to clarify that having TPS but not working with TPS-EAD will qualify me for FICA return then I will be more than thankful.
