Hello Sajha friends,
I am on OPT and have TPS (No EAD - did not apply) approved. My company is filing H1B. Will being in TPS have any impact on the application process? Also, do I need to send the paperwork from TPS on H1B application? I will be consulting the lawyers assigned but still wanted to ask if anyone has already been through this.
Please share.

Usually, you will need to submit documentation for all the status approved or denied in past to the USCIS when you are changing your status. Based on lots of previous discussion in sajha, TPS should not impact your h1b application process as you have maintained valid f1 by not using TPS EAD. I believe you will have to mention your TPS during h1b filing though.
Thank you. Appreciate your response.

have sent your queries to expert attorney, will get to you as soon as he response, in the meantime, we got a video on TPS on the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/91610004722/permalink/10156126091239723/
I was also in OPT and was also registered for TPS. I did not submit any TPS related documents to my employer or USCIS for my H1B filing. I got my H1B approved without any issues. If you have maintained your F1 status you don't need to disclose your TPS.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you chabahil_nepali.
Talked to the lawyer and they asked to submitted all immigration related docs.
