Make $8,000-$10,000 per month with $70,000 investment
I am selling my business in southern california. It is a cell phone accessories and repair business with a top national franchise in an affluent mall in southern california. All the sales records available for last four years. 75% credit card sales, 25% cash sales. You must know how to replace iphone screens or willing to learn. Its easy. You can easily learn by watching youtube videos and after trying few times.
how long is the lease at the mall bro...anyhow....congrats on creating such a great business...If the lease is very long on then your business is worth the price...for the buyer..And for the buyer, you can increase the price of your service in coming years and increase your earnings power (to deal with inflation and all that).... I'm not sure what includes 70,000? Perhaps the earnings power and long fixed lease?
When it is too good to be true, it usually is not true at all.
Congrats on building out franchise train.
have you seen the foot traffic across the nation in the mall recently?
malls are dying slowly
" foot traffic across the nation in the mall recently" Did you go on paad yatra to verify your claim - helper? Have you ever owned a profitable business? Your name as 'helper' suggests you've assisted someone else's business grow

LOL....don't get your panties in a knot.
Everyone knows that the malls and department stores are dying....it's common sense.
Online shopping is killing department stores...and guess where most of the department stores are??? in a freaking mall dumb dumb.
If you want, i'm sure i can find 5000 article basically saying malls are dying
Its a cart in the mall. Price includes all fixtures and inventory. The lease with the mall renews every year. Its a franchise so no worry renewing lease. The franchise has national contracts with the developer. Online shopping has always been there, its not a new thing. Also depends on location. This location, sales have not dropped. The POS has all the records, every receipt, hourly sales, customers records, etc. Any more questions, feel free to ask. Thank you!
