Dilemma- Continue working as Consultant vs FullTime Offer (H1B Approved recently)

Hi bro haru need some guidance on what would be the right step to take.

My H1B recently got approved for 3 years. I have been working as a contractor via desi consultancy for 2.5 years now for the same client. Desi consultancy has been very good to me, never got paid late, they applied for my h1b without me saying a word and all. And they have even started talks about GC processing.

But, recently, my client has been getting rid of contractors. But I got offered a fulltime position as well as H1B transfer and GC sponsorship promise. I could have easily accepted the fulltime offer but the job i initially got was via a fake 7 yr experience resume as we all know. Now the questions that are creating a dilemma are:
1) Background checks they might find out i lied in the resume, as the fulltime position being offered is for 6 yrs experience and my resume has to go through HR.
2)Also i will have no solid reason to ask HR to apply GC with EB3 as my fake resume will have 9 yrs experience mentioned. So they will insist on eb2 which wont be possible as my real experience is only 2.5 yrs.

So i am thinking it is just better to stay with desi consultancy until i get my GC and not risk. Also my client doesnt have huge experience in filing GC, max 10 filed till now. Moreover pay will also be about 20k$ less even though i will have benefits. Thoughts guys?

I would stay with consultacy if they are good. You can ask them to start GC immediately. I did the same when I was offered fultime. But, if your contract will be terminated if you dont join FT, you may not be able to find another longyerm project immediately which may affect your GC processing as your consultancy might say that you dont have project. Also, you need to file H1B again. Regarding resume, you can give the updated resume deleting fake things if you decided to join.
This is just my personal opinion

Thanks@sajha keto bro. Yeah my consultancy will start my GC very soon.
As for joining fulltime, The problem with submitting updated resume is that the FTE position they are offering is for 6 year experience on which the salary will be based. The HR itself won't hire me on that postion with 2.5 years experience. Am i thinking correct?

Tell your client that you are in the middle of green card process with your consultancy and are willing to work as a full time after you got your gc. Meanwhile file your gc asap.
