Renew visit visa US from kathamandu

Hi , My parents both came to america on May 2011 with 5 yrs multiple visa. Now they want to come again but visa expired last year. How can they renew the visa from kathamndu embassy. Please share your experience.

If they have travelled earlier. No documents or interview required. Go to bank pay the application fee and leave passport. May be interview would be called but 75 percent chances they will not. No documents needed either.

Because of new administration, it may not be possible without interview. May be that was last year or so.
You have to repeat the same stuffs you did last time like - invitation, Affidavit of support, etc.

no documents needed, just passport and go for interview with interview receipt...its written in embassy website!!

Mutu,
I assumed initially similar to driving license renewal in US (I guess some countries like that) but in my case the renewal process exactly same as brand new applicant they asked lots of questions eg. how many daughters/sons what they doing what you did on your last visit in us and finally they approved renewal.

mutu,
u dont need any docs, if u want just send graduation invitation letter. its already written in website. my mom and mother in law came us withiut a single document. since its interview, they will defn ask few questions

Only application form and payment done on my case ,mutu do not overthink about documentation its straightforward. (online application and fee $160 each that's all)
