1) UML leader on verge of winning with close margin
2) Maoist poll counter tears up few ballots to create chaos
3) poll counter released on bail with almost impunity.
4) election commission and Supreme Court decide on re-polling in 1 relatively poor and uneducated ward giving KING OF TERROR PRACHANDA chance to catch up with UML.

Anyone who claims there is no terror in Nepal is either drinking too much kool aid or is a Maoist terrorist sympathizer or ignorant or all of the above. Terror has institutionalized in Nepal. RIP democracy in Nepal.
