@HiKCha----let me tell you little story..... in most of my education/profession, starting from kinder-garden to this stage, i have seen/met a lot of girls/ladies excelling in the classroom/workplaces and highly successful academically and professionally.

your intention may be good in asking this question but it sounds little offensive and demeaning towards females.
