Hello Guys,
I initially applied for TPS only, without EAD.[Approved]
I again paid biometric fees and applied for TPS renewal(Without EAD).[Pending]

Now one week ago i applied for TPS EAD.I sent them $410 with EAD form(I765) and also with the TPS receipt which i got.
But unfortunately my application is rejected, stating amount i sent is invalid.

Anyone have been in this situation .How much amount should i send exactly at this time.Since i already paid for biometric fees i think i only have to pay EAD fees only.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.Currently i am in H1B and looking for H1B transfer but some consultancies are asking me TPS EAD just for marketing only..

It is $410. They probably did not look at your TOS renewal application. I would call them and let them know.

When did you send your application? and when did you receive the rejection notice?
I sent my TPS EAD application alone (pending TPS reregistration) on March 3. Still, have not heard back from them! Neither have I received the receipt notice nor have my check got cashed!

I sent them on March 20 and got rejection notice on March 26 stating my amount is invalid.
What was the amount u sent for TPS EAD when u filed later??

I have sent them a check of 410. I don't have the receipt notice :( no rejection :( no check cashed :( dimaag kharab

Called them today. Tried to explain everything .They said to send (410+85)dollars.[personally i think which is not fair,coz biometric fees was already paid and i have the receipt).(Customer service really sucks, can't do anything more.)

I sent it again lets see what they will do.

I am in similar situation. I applied TPS without EAD. I am planning to apply this week for TPS ead. what should i do to apply TPS EAD now since I already have the receipt for I765 vwhen i initially applied for TPS. What documents are needed to apply ? do i need to write a note on I-765 stating that i didnt apply for TPS ead earlier but now i would like to apply ? anything such?
