कोहि नेपाली वकिल हुनुहुन्छ जसले prenup गर्नुहुन्छ? प्रोसेस हरु के छन्? कति expense लाग्छ?

साझा मा आएर lawyer खोज्नु हुन्छ अनि कति पैसा लाग्छ भन्ने tension छ भने शायद तपाइलाइ prenup जरूरी छैन. कुरो !

We will judge the thread the way it is created. It has not listed the state or city therefore we thought it is another prank thread like room for rent but no town or city.

For every troll response, know that the response keeps the thread alive. It increases the visibility even though it might irritate the OP. Also, if entire Sajha becomes a quora.com like site where we only come here when we need something quick - then there's not much fun. People like Magorkhe make this site interesting with varities - otherwise it will be a cesspool of immigration question only site.

Personally, I dont mind trolls. AAMOF, thats how reddit, 9gag started anyways. But I came to sajha for legit help from fellow Nepalese lawyers, if no answer I wouldn't mind giving up but when there is a troll reply, its basically my waste of time. But again, no hard feelings. Keep trolling!

Prenup garnu ajkal jaruri cha kina bhane, ajkal there is no 100 % gurantee about any thing. Money magazine to Forbes says, prenup can actually save a lot of hassle later.
1. Kids can get unbaised alimony if marriage ever fails.
2. Over spending from either partner could end of lot of problems later, could end up in separation and loan being dumped to you.
I know its not very romantic but Wall Street Journal says,
"Rather than weaken the marriage, as some critics suggest, a prenuptial agreement can actually strengthen a marriage, because both spouses fully understand where they stand financially. Such an understanding provides spouses with some protection from the unknown—and the benefit of that certainty greatly outweighs the pain of an “unromantic” discussion before tieing the knot."
Thesdays there are a lot of girls coming from villages who try to marry a rich guy in Kathmandu and then leave after marriage with money. So it's a very good idea.
