I am willing to work on percentage basis. What is the best reasonable rate on percentage basis ? They do not need to sponsor my visa.

my consultancy offers me 75% of the billing charged to vendor. is it good?

If you can negotiate 80%, that would be great. Anything more than that may be very difficult.
