"A pair of Asian tourists were forced to surrender their passports after a brawl at a McDonald's where an innocent woman was punched in the face.

Pawan Threstha, 19, and Norbu Sherpa, 20, were both charged with assault for their alleged roles in the horrific fight at the fast food store on George Street in central Sydney.

Horrific footage obtained by 7 News shows the moment a bloodied Threstha stumbles towards the camera and then allegedly punches a woman in the face."

I want to start a petition to ask Aussie government to forgive them as everybody commits a sin. These boys are clearly under influence and didn't use best of their judgement. I hope they won't be deported. Please return their passport and let them stay in Australia- after all wasn't Australia build from convicts? Let them stay, they learned their lesson.



You see, I don't want them back in Nepal. They are ghando for the country.

You can drink whatever the sh*t you want but dont be a public nuisance. No point to feel bad for these guys just because we are from the same country. He could have punched your/my wife/sis so its better they learn their lessons.

Update video : Appearing with a news reporter on Australia's Yahoo 7 News video he made several claims.

"Pawan Shrestha claims he mistook the woman for one of his attackers, when he allegedly lashed out and punched her in the head on Saturday.

The 19-year-old said he was drunk and dazed when he was attacked in McDonald's on George St in Sydney’s CBD..."

"Mr Shrestha worked at McDonald's in Bondi, but lost his job after video of the attack was made public."
