I opened a business (Rams Bazaar: International Food Market, check it out on FB and Google) about 3 years ago, made it successful, and am now looking to find a buyer (that was the plan all along). It would provide someone a very good income right away and an opportunity to do well in the future—ideal for a DV immigrant or other new implants into the US. Please share if you know of any potential buyers…

Nominated for “best new small business” by the Chamber of Commerce in Fort Collins, CO.
Walking distance to Colorado State University dorms and International Student Housing. Located in the highest population density area of Fort Collins. International Students can walk to the store and there are hundreds of Chinese, Indian, and other international students at CSU. And, CSU has made it public that they plan to increase their international student body as a way to improve their financial intake.
y-o-y growth in 2015 43.5%
2nd quarter growth 18%, 3rd quarter 10%, 4th quarter 21%
y-o-y growth as of 6/16 is 28%

looks so new and clean ! like nobody ever stepped into the store. busy places are usually messy and dirty.

I want to sell it because I have a full time job and am busy with multiple projects. It was an investment--plan was to open (saw a need--I have lived in this location for 12 years +), make it successful, and then sell it in 3 years. It is that time. :)

It is clean, because we have kept it clean. Our team members work hard to maintain a quality environment. Our tag line is: Clean. Friendly. Affordable. :) We have focused heavily on customer service, as well.
