How do I file tax returns in Temporary Protected Status (TPS) when my spouse & children live in other than United States? How do I can show that they are dependent on me but not living together in United States?

You cannot put them as your dependents in your tax return since they are not in living in US. You can file As Married Filing Separately.

You may not benefit filing MFS , you can file single.
