Just a note though, for adjustment of status, you MUST NOT have been out of status for more than 6 months before you applied for TPS. Unlawful presence for more than 180 days (6 months), triggers a 3 year bar, and unlawful presence over a year triggers a 10 year bar. There may be provision for appeals. See link below.

Yes, you can file GC (PERM,I 140,I 485) without any issues.. PERM and I 140 have nothing to do with status .It is only at 485 stage where USCIS check applicant immigration status..
I think there is a provision for appeals(if out of status )for more than 6 months if the entry to US is inspected ( gone through immigration process in POE)..I've read some articles who have won cases( if inspected )in some circuit court.
I am not lawyer .. Please check with immigration lawyer..
How long does the process take on an average for Eb3?
When I apply for GC through TPS ( EAD) and at the same time can I apply H1b through OPT ( EAD) or at least maintain OPT concurrently so that in case if my GC don't get approved then I can file H1B again. Thanks you everyone for the suggestions.

How does this process work ? I hold bachelor in biology and working with my TPS ead. Does the job has to be related to your course of study ? Any companies that does file GC with TPS ? I had no luck finding job in my field and also no luck in getting trained through consultancy and finding IT job. I know if I had computer science or such degree it could be have been easier.

Green Card through EB2 or EB3 is sponsored by Employer and you have to be their employee. No company will file the Green Card without being hired and placed in job and payroll running. Find a company (Direct hire or through consultancy) and talk to them before joining if they can file Green Card for you. Most of the direct hire company might not be interested to file Green Card until you work for them for at least for 6 months or so, but consultant might be once you get a job through them. That's how it works in the job market and applying for green card through EB3 (since you have bachelor degree. Unless you have 4-5 years of work experience, you can not file for EB2.)

I am in Student Status working with my STEM EAD with TPS approved(no EAD) and want to apply GC. Can i apply under TPS category while still working under STEM EAD?
I think it's not possible without TPS EAD. If you have STEM EAD then you might have to go for H1b first.
Also, I am looking for a lawyer to help me with my processing and willing to pay some fee too. So, please someone help me in this process as my company has no experience but they wanna help me out in this situation to apply GC directly.

You don't need any status.
You can look up the steps for GC anywhere. PWD, PERM, 140 and 485.
PWD, PERM and 140 is all done by the company and there is no requirement from you.
485 is just adjustment of status. If you won lottery GC or doing marriage GC, then you'd do the same 485 as with employment based.
@hardworker.....i think its possible with STEAM EAD but it has to be valid until u get r GC....even ppl are applying outside US....check http://www.myvisajobs.com/Reports/2016-Green-Card.aspx?T=VS .... Not in USA is no 4 on that list
