I made a google form where we can share our TPS approval status and other helpful tips related with it.

Personal story: I wasted 9 months this year waiting my TPS and didn't know expedite and other stuffs. Goal here is to share tips, suggestions and approval dates.This is inspired by similar efforts by others this year in sajha. thanks in advance

Thank you for creating this form. I will certainly complete the survey, but I have a bit different question. I hope some of the visitors will share the links to the documents, credible sources, or even their thoughts about it. Thanks in advance.

My TPS is still pending too, I am planning to send the following documents with slight modification recommended at this thread http://sajha.com/sajha/html/index.cfm?threadid=119950&noofposts=48

Is there anything I am missing? Can I apply for renewal at all before last year's application is approved?

Documents to be sent:

I-821
I-765 (even if not applying for EAD)
G-1145
Passport photo page copy
I-94 copy
I did not apply for EAD, and do not have previous EADs or any notices related to that
TPS application receipt notice (Form I-797C, Notice of Action) - Replace with approval notice if you have one
Check with total amount for each related fees (EAD and Biometrics)
Photo
Bank Statements or Utility bills for residency verification

Hello guys,

This is based on my experience.might be different.

Call the customer service. Talk to the officer. They usually call back in 2 hours from my experience.
Find your US senator. Suppose for Texas, you would look for Senator Ted Cruz or John Cornyn. Go to their official website and look for federal agency support or agency support or something similar. You would fill up the form sign it and fax them at their DC office. Don't forget to describe your problem mentioning its been taking long and its out of USCIS normal processing time. Provide some details on economic hardship if any or the lack of driver license because of it. After that call the office next few days. They have liaison officer or similar who calls USCIS on your case.

If not approved, you do not need to apply for renewal. Your initial application will be considered for renewal.

Friends,
seeking help for two questions related to TPS re-registration filling:
1. currently i am working as H1B and my initial TPS was approved this year. Now i am getting ready to apply for Re-registration. On Form i-765 , question 15 - it asks for Current immigration status. Last year, i put it as H1B temporary worker. I am not sure what to put this year. Should i put "TPS" or "h1B" as my current status for re-registration of tps ?

2. For Evidence of continuous residency , will few recent pay checks and wireless bills be enough as evidence? The confusion part to me is that they are asking for continuously residency evidence since june 24 , 2015 till current date, so i am not quite sure on how recent few bills/ paycheck will validate the evidence..
