Hello everyone, I'm on F1 status, with TPS. To visit Nepal, will I need advance parole document? Has any student been to Nepal while on TPS without advance parole? Please let me know. Any information would be highly appreciated.
TPS ko EAD use garera kaam gareko chaina ra ajhai school register chha vane f1 ko i20 use garera aaye huncha. Tara TPS ko EAD use garera kaam gareko chha vane Advance Parole use garnu kina ki kaam garda travel garna mildaina so AP chaincha. Ma pani 1 hapta agadi aayeko Nepal bata. TPS ko AP use garera. School ko OPT ma theye ma expired vayo ani TPS ko EAD apply garera Nepal gaye. Aauda haat ma ma sanga TPS ra tyasko AP matra theyo EAD ajhai aayeko chaina. Qatar ma lang lang garna sakchha so visa valid chha vane visa dekhaye huncha tyaha. Mujee musalte haru le malai ta tyo TPS k ho? AP k ho? Vanera dikka layo. Samjhauda samjhauda na bujera. Finally 4 barsa agadi ko expired visa dekhayeko ani aauna diyo. Kera jasta manche haru hunchan. So sabai document bokera gaye ramro. Enjoy.
What if no eAd used from prior tps and isn't a student how can an individual go to Nepal ?do we need to file i131 with reapplication do we need to pay$360 fee?
@ gwach,
Hello saathi , what supporting documents we need to submit to USCIS to get the travel document , AP approved.
Do we really need to show the evidence of the purpose of travel or just a letter describing the purpose of travel is sufficient ?
Hello TPS ko advance parole ma Nepal matra jana paincha ki aru country ni jana sakincha ?
@ gwach Thank you. Ma ajhai visa mai chu but I worked using my EAD. i20 pani valid cha. I want to go december 20 tira, teti bela samma advance parole aaucha hola? again, thank you.
F2 with TPS application pending and EAD approved (but didn't use it to work) went to Nepal without applying for AP, stayed 6 months and came back just few days ago. No problems at the port of entry...the officer just looked at the VISA stamp and I-20, didn't ask any questions.
What reason did you provide in the letter for advance parole to travel?
