I think you can work full time using your TPS based EAD and maintain your F1 status parallelly.

As far as I know, dherai le SSN use garera baira kaam garerko cha. Pachi kei problem na bhai agadi badheko dekheko chu. Timro case ma ta TPS ni cha. So, I think it will be okay. I don't any source or written statements. Only, what I have seen in the past.

If there is no written rule(s) by USCIS, different people, including professional in immigrations' can interpret those rules differently. If working ONLY 20 hours for F1, with TPS EAD was one of the requirement, USCIS would have put that clearly in their release documents. OR it should have been printed in your EAD card as a condition.
