employer not giving experience letter
I have been requesting my previous employer (deshi consultancy) for experience letter. For that I have even provided the draft which attorney from my current employer had prepared. Its been 2 weeks but I am not hearing anything from them though I have been following up couple of times.
1) Is there anyway that I can get the letter from them? As attorney says I need specific format for GC
2) I have their letter head and digital signature from a letter they had sent me in past (doc format letter). I can prepare the letter with that letter head and signature but I know its not good to do so. In worst case (if they really dont provide letter), can I do just print the draft I need on their letter head and send it to attorney?
Looking for serious suggestions please

If your employer (HR) is not giving your the experience letter, then ask your friend/s who are working for that employer to write a letter stating that you were working for that employer from date a to date b as a " job title".
As far as i know you just need to prove that you worked for that employer. The letter from a friend (or any staff from the company) and your W2 from that employer should be enough.
quicksiler,
I need specific format that Attorney sent me draft. Further, I dont have any friend working there as that is small deshi consultancy. They are not responding at all
I was in the same situation bro.. I told my lawyer that the employer was not responding. So the lawyer sent me another document (letter through fren/staff). Explain your situation to your lawyer. They will help you out.
Also let all of us know the name of the desi consultancy. We all need to stay away from these consultancy.
