And immigrant in this country has no clue why people are mad with immigrants

Simple solution for you, if your visa expired , you must leave..

For asylum, you need to qualify. You should have fear to go back on account of five different grounds...google that. You can do change of status with uscis to be in student (F1) status. Google that again.
