Need suggestions to deal with consultancy

Hi friends, here is my case you might have suggestions to me- while first time marketing my resume I was with consultancy A. Since no project was found they transfer to me cosultancy B. They said they were same company. Ayele ahera tyo B company le mero resume aru company lai deyecha.

Interview MA select bhayo tara company B ra aru company beach jhgada. Euta le MA employer bhancha ani arko le ma employer bhancha. Prime vendors Nai confused banai deyo. Yo situation ma maile kun mero employer bhane hola.

B le malai training deyeko thiyo. Stem extensions ma pani help gare ko cha. Ke garne hola? Advice pls

MA sanga tps cha ani stem process cha.

If its okay share the name of consultancies.....it's better to go with reputed one like future h1 filling, pay rate...

go with Vendor directly on W-2 or 1099. tell vendor that you have authorization to work for any employer directly. It makes more sense to go with company B, but since they have 'jhagada', you don't want to lose that job. Company A is just being greedy. Sathi EAD ma ho ani TPS is likley extend so work on your own for while and make money. When its time for H1b Greencard then find one decent cons.

Make sure to bargain with Vendor directly. Consutancy li dine tehi 30-36 ho,,Vendor le easily 50-60 dincha. per hour..and maybe more depending what you do...

Show middle finger to company A....tell B that tero jhagada A saga mila navhaya ma direct vendor saga deal garchu..

Yes go directly with the vendor..I also did the same recently. You will get paid more and no lafadaa in between. TPS ead use garnu paryo ni.
