I am planning to visit Nepal next month.I was out of status for 3 years (f1) now I have tps status.
Any risk while returning usa????

I went back for couple of months.
Well I was never OOS so cant tell the risk. However I think it should be fine. I see that illegals from other TPS designated countries were able to return back with no issues.

On TPS document clearly mentioned that it is not a re-entry permit per TPS receiver.
If that statent is correct then still want take risk?

You will have to apply for Advance Parole. I though you knew that.

With just TPS you cannot travel. You will need to apply for Advance parole that will let you back into the states.

No risk broo.... Gaye huncha... 5 yrs dekhi oos bhako pani gayera aako bhete just bich ma question garnna sakcha formally...travel doc dekhaye pachi u should be fine...
