I don't think there are more Nepalese around Dearborn Heights, your best bet would be around Farmington Hills, Novi, Waterford and Wixom areas.

Bro le Ford ma kaam payeko jasto cha ni, tyahi bhayera Dearborn Heights ma basna gayeko jasto cha.

Anyway Dearborn ma basne ho bhane, nepali family haru cha. If you go to fairlane Meadow (Mercury Dr and Hubbard Dr), tyaha ekjana Ford ma kaam garne Nepali hunu huncha. Arko Family somewhere around around ford ra i94 intersection najikai.

Nepali haru bhetne bhaye, you can go to Ann Arbor or Farmington Hills.

@ nagios, Ford ma haina sathi, but I went to Ann Arbor and yes met a lot of nepali ppl, farmington ma ta tannai indian haru cha ni haina? ek jana nepali bheteko cha farmington hills ko usle pani tyei indian haru chai tannai cha bhandai thyo. Thank you for your suggestions

@goru_becheko_saino I would ask you to be in Troy or Sterling Heights area. There are some nepali's over there. It is going to be around 10-15 min drive from both areas to Warren, MI. Search for NRN Michigan, you might be able to find some person's cell number or their facebook, whom you can contact. I used to live there, but not anymore in Michigan.
