Deported in 2012. What are the chances of getting Visa for US if I reapply?
Summary of Waiting Time for Application for Reentry
Here are the typical wait times for reentry:
Five Years
Aliens ordered removed in an expedited removal proceeding
Aliens removed through removal proceedings initiated upon the alien’s arrival in the U.S.
Ten Years
Aliens ordered removed after a removal hearing before an Immigration Judge
Aliens who departed the U.S. while an order of removal was pending
Twenty Years
Aliens ordered removed more than once
Permanent Bar on Admissibility
Aliens convicted of an aggravated felony
Aliens who reenter the U.S. (illegally) after having been deported (removed)
I have seen such cases as two of people with same background re-applied and got visa stamped with no issues. Make sure your cousin has strong points to convince interviewer. Good Luck!

Worth a try since you said its Voluntary.
Can you explain the voluntary situation though ? I mean he got caught by DHS / ICE ? or what happened after that ..did he get a court hearing / expedited removal proceedings etc ?
A person I know got deported from airport from a return back home ...he applied for a VISA again but did not get it multiple times.
If voluntary departure without illegal stay, i see no issue. If deported, 10 years ban after 1996
wht is voluntarily means?
Voluntary means uni haru le laat haanera nikalnu agadi ma afai janchu bhannu.
