EAD aayo, "TPS approved" bhanya chaina
Bro haru, EAD aaisakyo TPS approved bhayo bhanera ta kei ni aako chaina. Ke garne hola?
Tanaav bhaako awastha!! :(
Why do you need your TPS approval immediately? As long as its pending, you are still in status. Also, since you already got EAD, you can start working. I dont see any big deal here !!
damauli_guy ho ra EAD matrai aunda ni kaam garna sakincha ra?
I talked to the USCIS customer service last week, and the representative told me that once your EAD gets approved it means that your TPS is approved as well. You do not get your EAD if your TPS is not approved.
However, my wife who already recieved EAD has TPS status stuck at "Fingerprint fee recieved" for several months now. Would someone shed a light?
@Makur0, EAD approval doesn't mean TPS is approved.
damauli_guy ..you are WRONG. EAD is a TPS benift so if EAD approved TPS approved too.

Hello everyone. First of all I want to wish you all happy holidays and new year. Second I want to take opinions from sajha community regarding my TPS status. I applied TPS on August mid aug 15 around and still my case is pending in local office. I applied TPS without EAD, while I know that cases can get late; Would it be this late? 4 months has passed and I am little concerned about it.
Did anyone of you had similar case? Suggestions
i read your comments and you said ead approval is tps approval while lawyer said, ead and tps is different ... i need to apply for other visa too otherwise i will be in out of status please tell me what is right things.
thnaks you
@fdpower you are wrong. EAD approval doesn't mean Pending application is approved. USCIS must issue EAD for any applied application within first 90 days.
@RKY, 6 months is normal for TPS approval these days. As Jahbless says, TPS and EAD are processed differently. Since you didn't file EAD, may be your TPS & EAD will be approved at same time.
