Thanks for your suggestion CFR.yadi maile pani TPS file gare without EAD and continue the job on base of h1 and by any chance TPS does not extend, ma atumatically h1 ma aauchu/or kunai process huncha.( I think I can continue job on base of h1 without EAD while in TPS ) .

I am on H1B and filed TPS for my H4 wife. And its been over 4 months she started working using TPS-EAD. She looses H4 but who cares she has TPS and I have H1. In worst case scenario if TPS stopped, she can go back to H4 as long as i have H1 or go to school changing to F1.
Granite: tps is just a protective cover for yall. Its good to have for you as well. Forget about ead for ya, c9ntinue working on h1 but definitely get one for your wife.
TPS does no violate H4. It violates H4 ead only. If you do not have H4 ead then you are good for TPS.
