But bittertruth dude! My skin don't look like psoriasis, not white skin formation or layer of white dead skins, may be little white skins coming out when i scratch more. Most of the things you said matches though like hemorrhoids, constipation, slow indigestion, bleeding gums, chicken pores on elbow etc.

murkha, the guy at the gym didn't look like he had psoriasis , nothing so far on skin visible. But he said that when it gets extreme, things like that happen like u r mentioning. I also thought psoriasis is all about ugly skin disease, yes it is but it has stages. You better get checked up.
