I had been using raza.com to call nepal for like 5-6 years.. I was assuming to pay 7.8c per min but when I checked my account, I was actually paying 13c per min and didn't even realize until today. I called the customer service and they said I was using some Dial direct plan which doesn't even show on website anymore coz its "OLD", but still have to pay 13c. When I asked if I can get any refund or something.. being loyal cutomer for that long and using a lot.. the answer was "NO"... Customer service sucks. Please stay away from this shit..
I have been using raza.com for the last 7-8 years without any issues. They charge me 9.8 cents a minute to call nepal; I have signed up for auto-refill and usually refill with $10.00 They have never failed me. Their call quality is superb and I was able to get through to my relatives even during the EQ emergency.

According to their website... calling Nepal using auto-refill is 7.8c. If you want to pay 9.8c even though it should only have been 7.8 c then that's up to you.I am happy with their call quality but they should charge what is advertised.
I've also been using them for few years now and never had issues. I actually think their customer service is quite good...they're very responsive and address your issues in timely manner. I have two phones registered with them, each set-up to auto-recharge for $20 and I get 250-260 minutes per recharge which is about 7.8c/min.
@Royal: if you've been in an old plan this whole time that charges more but assumed that you were paying less, how's that their fault? When I started using their service, the 13c/min plan was the best deal they had at that time, but I switched to the newer plan when it became available. All I had to do was send them a 2 line email.
This makes me get the Raza.com even more.

Is there any other excellent quality option for calling to Nepal? One that doesn't require pin and all.
I've used Raza.com to call Kathmandu, both landline and mobile #s, and so far I don't have bad experience. Their call quality is excellent, and call rate is reasonable.
I messaged their customer service back when Nepal was experiencing crisis due to the massive earthquakes asking them if they would offer free calls to Nepal. This was when Viber and Skype were offering free calls to Nepal. Raza.com was not forthcoming to offer any free calls, and that the end to that. They are a business company, so we can't feel bad for that.
If they have really cheated you then you can contact BBB or some consumer organization with the proof.
@bakwaas - How can I be on a plan that doesn't even exist? If it was discontinued why wasn't I informed? Do I need to check their their website every month to see if they have "NEW" plan?
I agree with everyone regarding call quality, reason why I was with them for last 5-6 yrs but I feel I should have been informed.
Anyways, I am going somewhere else. Check your call logs and balance every now and then and your "PLAN"... Good luck..

Kantipurtel customer service has attitude problem, they do not know how to talk in proper language and no professionalism at all. True story, cheers!!
OP you do need to check periodically with your carrier/ agent/ and so on if they have a better plan or better deal. If you are not doing so already you might be losing or paying extra somewhere else as well.

It's little bit expensive per minutes but it has a solid web / mobile app / automatic recharge - so I can call back home one the fly. I usually call home and tell them to call me back since its cheaper that way.

With raza.com I wasn't getting good call quality either. I'm glad I haven't had to use them in a long time, thanks to viber.
