The lower portion should be given to the worker." भनेको छ. आरु पहिले को पोस्टहरुमा हेर्दा ओरिगिनल
I-797A Nepal ma visa stamping गर्न जादा चाहिंछ भन्ने पढेको थए. पुरै I-797A ओरिगिनल नै चाहिन्छ कि
तल को I-94 को पार्ट मात्रै चाहिन्छ कृपया कसलाई आनुवब छ भनि दिनुहोला

you need full and original copy for interview. You can give the lower portion to your employer after your visa stamping, or, ask for one if your employer has the original copy.

You don't need top original. Just have photocopy of the whole page and original bottom part. I did the same in April. Just make sure you have all the supporting documents coz if you miss one you will have to go through Indian outsourced calling center to send your document and they are very notorious for not sending your stuff in. And embessy will not take you phone call.

Thank you for your input. My employer wants to keep upper portion of original so I just wanted to make sure with you guys. :)
