For U.S., try contacting CGFNS, they are the ones who verifies foreign graduated nurses's credibility. (cgfns.org). Moreover, when i had to take license of the states, they wanted the license verification from Nepal, so why don't you first get license from Nepal.

As lekhalikrishna says, there are numerous consultancy that can evaluate the degree, but that does not mean an international student who wants to practice RN here in the states can use any of those consultancy. It will be up to the Board of Nursing who makes that decision. For example, New York's specifically asks students to have their education/license verified from CGFNS/ California does its own evaluation and does not require any of those education verification (however california requires students to have SSN number and a couple of other requirements) and then there are other states that will accept evaluation from any of the member of National Association of Credentials Evaluations Services (NACES). So, I would suggest not to do any evaluation directly. At first, consult with board of nursings, then figure out which state's board if good for you, and follow their guideline. If you use an education evaluation service and the board does not take it, then it is a waste of time/money for you.
